Let us start by stating that Bolivarianism is Patriot Socialism. Patriot Socialism is not Communism yet just like the ideology of Communism, the methodology of Patriot Socialism is divorced from Capitalism. Communism is a theory that is held by Anarchists and Marxists. Communists believe that Socialism is nothing more and nothing less than a transition between Capitalism and Communism. Anarchists believe that Socialism is nothing but federated co-opts with non-hierarchical autonomy, Anarchists also believe that their bizarre brand of Socialism is warfare against Capitalism. Anarchists see their understanding of Socialism as resistance and push back in a Capitalist World. Anarchists also believe that after their co-opt federalized resistance that they call Socialism has overthrown Capitalism they as result achieve Communism. Marxists have something else in mind, they believe that with the overthrow of Capitalism the result is Socialism by use of the State accommodating the populations with a mass redistributing of wealth. Marxists believe that after a period of their odd State-Socialism has liberated the World that the State will dissolve becoming Communism. Patriot Socialism can be understood as the methodology that is based on the organic manifestions of Nasser's Arab Nationalism, Gaddafi's Jamahiriya, and Chavez's Bolivarianism.
